Delete a user

Deletes a user.

⚠️ Deprecation Notice: This endpoint is deprecated. To remove a user from the enterprise, use DELETE /authn2/v0/tenant/{enterprise_id}/user/{user_id}/. It expects the UUID authn_user_id from GET /authn2/v1/users/, not the integer id from GET /user/.
