Retrieves well headers for a field

A route to gather well header data from SMDA for a specified field.

This route receives a selected SMDA field and returns the well header attributes needed to identify and map SMDA wellbores against model well names. When provided, the field UUID is used to find well headers for the selected SMDA field. If no field UUID is provided, the field identifier is used instead.
