Retrieves stratigraphic units for a stratigraphic column

A route to gather stratigraphic units from SMDA for a specified stratigraphic column.

This route receives a valid stratigraphic column identifier and returns stratigraphic units associated with it. The identifier should be obtained from the stratigraphic_columns field in the smda/masterdata response.
