Refreshes the project lock timeout

Explicitly refreshes the project lock timeout if the current session holds the lock. This should be called when the user actively indicates they want to continue editing (e.g., pressing an 'Edit' button in the GUI).

Returns a message indicating whether the lock was successfully refreshed.
