Get cache revision content
Retrieve the content of a specific cache revision.
The revision_id should be a filename from the list returned by GET /cache (e.g., 20260112T143045.123456Z-a1b2c3d4.json).
The resource query parameter selects which resource cache to read.
Returns the parsed JSON content from the cached file in the data field.
