Filings
SEC filings and earnings call transcripts for a stock, newest first. Document ids feed the per-document line and keyword-search endpoints. Investor-relations news items are excluded from the unfiltered list, and so are European ESEF reports unless the ticker is a MIC:TICKER listing symbol; each is reachable by asking for it: documentType=IrNews or documentType=EsefAnnualReport or documentType=EsefReport.

Path parameters
tickerstring required
Stock ticker symbol (e.g. AAPL), or MIC:TICKER for a listing outside the US (e.g. XPAR:AIR).
Query parameters
documentTypestring
Document type filter, by value (e.g. TenK) or form label (e.g. 10-K). Also accepts EarningsCallTranscript for call transcripts, IrNews for investor-relations news and EsefAnnualReport for a European annual report and EsefReport for another European ESEF report; an unknown value returns a 400 listing every valid value.
startDatestring date
Earliest filing date (yyyy-MM-dd).
endDatestring date
Latest filing date (yyyy-MM-dd).
limitinteger
Maximum rows to return (1–500; default varies per endpoint).
offsetinteger
Rows to skip before the first returned row (default 0).
itemNumberstring
Exact SEC current-report item number (e.g. 2.02 or 5.02).
