Filings
Exempt securities offerings (Regulation D private placements) reported by a company on SEC Form D, newest first. A "D/A" amendment row restates a prior notice for the SAME offering (issuers re-amend annually), so summing amounts across rows overcounts capital raised — group rows by dateOfFirstSale and keep the latest filing per offering.
