Institutions
The tracked stock positions reported by an institution for an actual 13F report date, ranked by stored position value. Share counts are restated onto today's split basis by each position's own stock's splits. Value normally derives from shares times the report-date close, falls back to filed value when needed, and can be zero when valuation is unavailable.

SEC CIK of the institution (see GET v1/institutions).
Query parameters
reportDatestring date
13F report date (yyyy-MM-dd, defaults to the institution's latest). Must be one the institution reported — any other date returns 400 listing the available dates.
limitinteger
Maximum rows to return (1–500; default varies per endpoint).
offsetinteger
Rows to skip before the first returned row (default 0).
