Listings whose site is not answering

Joins this directory's listings to the shared site-probe records.

Excludes blocked by default. A site refusing an automated client — routine behind Cloudflare — is not a dead link, and a report that mixes the two teaches an operator to ignore it. Pass includeBlocked=true to see them as a separate concern.

summary.hostsNeverProbed is the gap in the report: those hosts have no evidence either way until a sweep has run, and must not be read as healthy.
