Export account data (data rights)

Self-service data export (Law 09-08 / GDPR): returns the account's personal data — profile, ledger, message logs, contacts, webhooks, verification sessions, support cases, opt-outs — as one JSON artefact. Dashboard session only; API keys are refused. Tables over the export cap are truncated and named in truncated_tables inside the file itself.
