Current status (and content once ready) for specific repos

Given ?repos=owner/repo,owner2/repo2, returns each repo's current placement status from entire-core, plus the cell content for any repo that has reached ready — so the client can fill a still-cloning mirror the moment it settles, without re-streaming the whole list.
