Preview what deleting the authenticated user's account would do

Proxies entire-core's deletion preview for the calling account: whether deletion is blocked (owned orgs), and the manifest of what would be permanently deleted (personal repos + GitHub mirrors, profile PII) and unlinked (grants, memberships). Read-only; requires a valid session cookie. Nothing is scheduled.
