Lists the tools, prompts, resources, and resource templates the named server currently exposes through the gateway, after operator tool filters. Discovered tools the filters hide are listed separately under excluded_tools. Names are the upstream originals; the aggregated /mcp endpoint prefixes them with the server slug.
