Start a Telegram conversation by phone number

Resolves a Telegram user by phone number through the selected connected account and sends the first message without importing the phone number as a contact.

Request body

accountIdstring required

Connected account id used to resolve the phone number and send the message.

idempotencyKeystring required

Client-supplied idempotency key used to deduplicate retries.

parseModestring

Optional Telegram parse mode.

phoneNumberstring required

Recipient phone number in international format. Formatting characters are accepted and removed before Telegram resolution.

textstring required

First message text to send after resolving the recipient.
