Returns one Telegram message from the selected chat and connected account context.

Canonical Telegram chat identifier.

Telegram message identifier within the chat.

Connected account id from the accounts endpoint used to scope the message lookup.

thread_idinteger

Reserved for forum topics. Not supported yet.
