Latest requisition order status

Return the current order status for the authenticated patient.

Reads from RS plus local supporting tables (order_lookup, registration_information, external_kit_order). When a kit was just registered and RS has not created its requisition yet, data.pending_registration carries that kit. Existing fields stay the RS latest kit.
