Update worker node labels and taints

Replaces the Kubernetes labels and taints of existing worker nodes. The operation is synchronous and does not change the node hardware or billing: the new sets fully replace the previous ones, labels/taints present before but absent from the request are removed from the node.

Nodes that belong to an autoscaling group cannot be updated through this endpoint — change the group configuration instead.
