웹훅 주소 등록
변경이 생기면 이 주소로 사건 하나당 한 번 POST 한다. 본문은 {timestamp}.{body} 를 비밀키로 HMAC-SHA256 서명해 x-aiwave-signature: sha256=<hex> 로 보낸다. 300초가 지난 요청은 받는 쪽이 버려야 한다. 비밀키는 이 응답에서만 나간다.
