since 에 지난번 응답의 latest 를 넣으면 그 뒤에 바뀐 것만 오래된 순으로 온다. since 없이 부르면 최신순이다.

unix 초. 0 도 유효하다(처음부터 전부). 지난번 응답의 latest 를 그대로 넣는다:항목의 detectedAt 을 커서로 쓰지 말 것. detectedAt 은 출처가 말하는 발생 시각이라 과거로 거슬러 갈 수 있고, 그것으로 커서를 올리면 나중에 들어온 항목을 놓친다.
