Grant/Revoke any available in the tenant scope role to/from the User with the specified Tenant Id and User Id

You need tenants.membership.edit permission to access this resource

data.attributes.roles should be a array of roles are needed to be granted for User

data.attributes.roles should be an empty array to revoke all roles from the User
