Returns connector usage statistics for the specified Tenant

Returns a paginated list of connectors used across all workspaces in the tenant, including usage counts grouped by contract and workspace. Results are sorted by total usage descending and cached for 5 minutes. This endpoint is available to Tenant Admins only.
