Accept Invitation As Existing User

Accept an invite as an already-registered user who is signed in (the 'log-in-first' path). The signed-in user must BE the invited address. Adds the membership (not their default — they keep the tenant they were in) + marks the invite accepted, then mints a token switched into the joined tenant.
