Unsubscribe from a category of emails

Turns off the emails of an unsubscribe link's category for its user (their email preference for it), keeping whether they see it in the app. When this turned them off, undoToken turns them back on with resubscribe for the next hour; it's left out when they were off already. Unsubscribing again changes nothing. Returns NOT_FOUND for tokens this app didn't make
