Undo an unsubscribe

Turns the emails of a category back on with the undoToken that unsubscribe returned, within an hour of unsubscribing. Unsubscribe links themselves can't turn emails back on, since whoever kept one could then undo the user's own choice; later, users turn them back on in their notification settings. Returns NOT_FOUND for tokens this app didn't make, or that expired
