renders

List stored render metadata for the organization (native app, admin).

Native app only (DVT-4925): 404 unless the render app-stage is configured. Admin only (render:delete; 403 otherwise). Metadata only, newest first, keyset-paginated: no URL, storage key, error text or panel id is ever returned. Includes soft-deleted thumbnails (deletedAt set), renders under soft-deleted dashboards (dashboardDeleted), and renders requested by departed users (requesterDeleted, name shown as deleted user). The response is NOT wrapped in the {data, meta} envelope.
