renders

Restore a soft-deleted thumbnail (native app).

Native app only (DVT-4925): 404 unless the render app-stage is configured. Admin only (render:delete; 403 otherwise). Clears deletedAt on a soft-deleted version thumbnail so it is served again. A render that is not a thumbnail, is not soft-deleted, or belongs to a different dashboard is 404.
