List the caller's projects

Returns every project the authenticated user owns or is a member of. Not available to project-scoped keys.

Pass 1 to omit description (the company blurb). It is free text an owner can make very long, and list views never render it: on a 12-project account it was 85% of the response. Everything else is unchanged. Fetch one project to get the full record.

Response

Projects array (returned bare, not wrapped). The list omits system_prompt: it is the longest column a project has and nothing reading a list needs it. Fetch one project to get its prompt. With ?compact=1 it also omits description.
