Get a project

Field set depends on the caller's role: owner/admin receive the full record including system_prompt; viewer/editor receive a restricted set without prompt, model and wiring URLs.

Query parameters

Pass 1 to omit system_prompt. It is by far the longest column a project has (tens of thousands of characters on real accounts) and most screens never read it; system_prompt_set still tells you whether one is configured.
