Get Project Device List

Query all joined devices and their basic info under specified project, including device model, project call sign, organization call sign. This API does not paginate; always returns all devices in project; response pagination field is fixed to page=1; page_size equals total. Can use usage=web_project_devices to filter out remote controllers, payloads, batteries, and communication devices, retaining only aircraft and dock-type devices.

Call Conditions: any user with valid session can call; response contains only devices the user has view permission for in specified project.
