Stream the whole result set as NDJSON

One JSON object per line, index ascending — the same shape as /items returns, without pagination. Streamed from a paged read rather than assembled in memory, so a 1000-item batch costs the same as a small one. Pipe it straight into a line-delimited JSON parser.
