Cancel a batch

Every still-pending item becomes canceled at once and the worker stops dispatching on its next check, so cancelling genuinely saves GPU. Items that already finished KEEP their audio — you paid for them and can still download them until expiresAt. Cancelling an already-finished batch is a no-op that returns its current state.
