Get Acquisition Grid Counts

Per-acquisition grid totals for summary views.

A single grouped query in place of one /acquisitions/{uuid}/grids call per acquisition. Every acquisition is returned, including those with no grids (grids_total == 0), via an outer join. Declared before the /acquisitions/{acquisition_uuid} route so the static segment is matched first rather than being parsed as a uuid.
