Submit Contact Form

Submit contact information from inline form.

This endpoint is called when a visitor submits the contact form that was displayed as part of a "form" decision type response.

The submitted info is:

  1. Creates/links person record (using same logic as /identify)
  2. Updates thread title from "Chat with Visitor xxx" to actual name
  3. Notifies the sales team via WebSocket
