Who can see the records of meeting, calendar_event or email_thread: every workspace member, only the record's owner, or the owner plus the members listed on the record. Admins only (a signed-in admin; an org-scoped key cannot change it). Every other CRM object is always shared with the workspace: owner_only / owner_plus_members on one answers 400; workspace is always accepted.
