Undo what the ingestion jobs created since a timestamp (admin): `kind` = `detections` (accounts + contacts from the email detector and the sweep), `linkedin` (the LinkedIn resolver's contacts + accounts; their conversations are unlinked and parked), `email-tasks` (auto-created tasks and cases) or `all` (default). Deletes only rows no human has touched and marks the verdicts / decisions rolled_back so they are never re-created. `dryRun` lists what would go; per-kind counts in `kinds`
