Create a New User

This endpoint creates a new user in the system. <br><br>For Global Admin Tool Organizations, if the user is to be created in a Tenant Organization, the X-Degreed-Organization-Code header must be provided. <br><br>Note: The manager assigned to the user must have an employee id to be valid. <br><br>The job-role parameter can only be used if the job role enhancements setting is not enabled for your organization. If the setting is enabled, the request returns an error and you must use the v3 Users endpoint, where job-role is an object with an id field.<h3>Required Scope</h3>users:write

For Global Admin Tool Organizations, include this header in your request to create a user for the tenant organization. You must provide your organization code as the value. Contact your Degreed technical partner if you are unsure what your organization code is.
