Update a Specific User

This endpoint updates supplied fields for a specific user. <br><br>The PATCH endpoint does not support the X-Degreed-Organization-Code header. <br><br>Note: <br><ul><li>The manager assigned to the user must have an employee id to be valid. </li><li>The job-role parameter can only be used if the job role enhancements setting is not enabled for your organization. If the setting is enabled, the request returns an error and you must use the v3 Users endpoint, where job-role is an object with an id field.</li><li>profile-visibility cannot be modified using PATCH.</li></ul><h3>Required Scope</h3>users:write
