Import a cloud team's OAuth refresh tokens as broker grants (internal)
Custody a cloud team's refresh tokens as grants for a deployment.
Restricted to non-rotating provider families (the Amazon/LWA family) so a shared token can serve cloud and on-prem during a migration window. The response carries one {broker_handle, provider, extras} row per integration — feed it to scripts/import_amazon_broker_grants.py to materialize broker-mode integrations on the deployment.
