Anthropogenic Activity Index

Compute daily activity trend from urban noise data.

Fetches seismic noise data for the specified city and computes a normalized activity index (0-100 scale) where 50 represents the reference baseline. Values above 50 indicate elevated activity; below 50, suppressed activity.

Parameters (JSON body):

  • city : str -- City name (default 'Mexico City').
  • station : str -- Optional specific RS station code.
  • duration_minutes : int -- Data duration in minutes (default 60).
  • window_hours : float -- Smoothing window in hours (default 1).

Returns activity index time series with reference statistics.
