Compute Vs30 site classification at a location using ambient noise CCF.

Pricing: Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires authentication. Returns the stored Vs30 estimate and NEHRP site class nearest the point (within 50 km), or null with data_real 0 and the reason when none is stored. (Until 2026-10-14 a miss became a seeded synthetic "modeled estimate".)
