Authorize recurring Founder access at $6 every 30 days using a Tempo MPP subscription

The initial subscription requires a short-lived human approval artifact bound to recurring_30_day terms. MPP then creates a payer-bound scoped recurring authorization. Later 30-day renewals do not require another purchase approval until the subscription is canceled or the 360-day authorization expires. A 30-day period is not a calendar month.
