Target a single post by URL (LinkedIn/Twitter/Reddit) instead of a keyword search. Use with include to get its engagers.

Attach engagers to each returned post: any of ['reactions', 'comments']. Each engager is a lead. (Reddit exposes comments only — no upvoters.)
