Reference

Top entities by activity count

Aggregated count of regulations/consultations per issuing entity, ranked descending — for 'most active entities'/'who issued the most regulations' type questions, without paging through raw rows and counting client-side.

domain selects which activity to count (regulations or consultations, required). since/until (YYYY-MM-DD) bound the window — e.g. the last 10 days. country_code is comma-separated; omit for all accessible countries.

⚠️ Not available for bills/news/schedules/votes/actors/interventions/transcripts — none of them carry an entity (or any other categorical field) to group by, so there's no structural 'top entity'/'top topic' for those domains; that still requires paging + client-side synthesis.

Data sources: reference catalogs derived from the official registries behind each domain — issuing entities from gazette attributions, commissions and parties from the congress rosters. These are internal lookup values (entity_id, commission_id, etc.), not citable documents themselves — cite the regulation/bill/actor record that uses them instead.

Successful response (real sample data)

dapper_urlstring nullable

This record's page in the Dapper platform (dapperglobal.com) — hand this to a person who wants the full detail. Use it as given; the routes are not derivable from the payload. null means the record has no page (see the field's per-domain notes), not that the link is missing. Distinct from external_link/congress_records[].link, which point at the original official document.

country_codestring nullable
country_idinteger nullable
idinteger required
namestring nullable
long_namestring nullable
