Most active bill authors
Legislators ranked by how many bills they filed in a window — the direct answer to '¿qué congresistas han presentado más proyectos de ley este periodo?', which otherwise means paging a country's whole docket and tallying authors client-side. Pass co_author_of=<actor_id> to turn the same ranking into a co-authorship ranking: who most often co-signs that legislator's bills.
since/until (YYYY-MM-DD) bound the window on the bill's filing date; party_id narrows to one bancada (use list_parties to discover IDs); country_code is comma-separated, omit for every accessible country. Counts distinct bills, so a bill that lists the same author twice still counts once.
⚠️ This ranks who is RECORDED as the author. Coverage is uneven — about 91% of Colombian and Peruvian bills carry an author, but only ~28% in Brazil, Chile and Rep. Dominicana, and none in Venezuela — so in those countries the ranking reflects ingestion as much as activity. Say so rather than presenting it as a complete tally.
