Feed of recent legislative updates across bills
Cross-bill tramitación feed — 'what moved' across a country's whole docket, newest first. Prefer this over list_bill_updates(bill_id) for 'what bills moved yesterday/this week in Colombia' or 'what did commission X decide this week' type questions, where you don't already have a bill_id to scope to; use list_bill_updates instead once you're following one specific bill.
Paginated across countries. country_code is comma-separated (e.g. BR,CO); omit to return all accessible countries. Defaults to the last 7 days when since is omitted — pass an explicit since/until (YYYY-MM-DD) for a wider or narrower window. Optionally narrow to one commission with commission_id.
since/until filter on created_at — when the update was captured by the pipeline, not necessarily the exact date the tramitación step happened in Congress. Close in practice given daily-to-hourly ingestion, but a caller asking for 'yesterday' should read this as 'updates ingested yesterday'.
Data sources: the official docket systems of each national congress — e.g. Câmara dos Deputados and Senado Federal (Brazil), Cámara de Diputados/Senado, Congreso, Asamblea Nacional. Each record carries its official docket code and a link to the chamber's file in congress_records.

Query parameters
Updates recorded on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to 7 days ago when omitted.
Updates recorded on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
Filter to bills that have ever passed through this commission (use list_commissions(country_code=...) to discover IDs). Combine with since/until for 'what did commission X decide this week' type questions — this is the only tool that scopes both by commission and by a time window at once.
Comma-separated country codes, e.g. BR,CO,CL.
Deprecated alias: comma-separated numeric ids, e.g. 8,2,6.
