Rename an expense report
Renames a nota spese, or rewrites or clears its note. Only while it is open — draft or rejected: the name is what an approver reads on the task, so a report that has left keeps it, and the refusal says the state it found. It changes no money and moves no line. The caller renames their own reports, and whoever manages the company’s expenses anybody’s.
