Companies: Inbox

Search or filter a company page's admin inbox

Free-text search (query) or one topic/unread filter over the admin inbox, exactly one mode per call. The connected account must administer the page. Beta: single-page results are verified; deep pagination across many pages is still being validated at scale.

Path parameters

account_idstring required

The connected LinkedIn account, which must administer the page.

identifierstring required

The company's numeric id (e.g. 112013061), the id field from GET .../companies/{identifier} or a search/companies result. A handle or URN is not accepted here.

Query parameters

querystring

Free-text mode: matches participant names AND message content. Mutually exclusive with topic and unread.

topicstring

Filter mode, one inbox topic card: 1-5 or its name (Service request, Request a demo, Support, Careers, Other). Mutually exclusive with query and unread.

unreadboolean

Filter mode: unread conversations only. Pass unread=true. Mutually exclusive with query and topic.

limitinteger

Number of conversations to return per page (1-50, default 20).

cursorstring

Opaque pagination cursor from a prior response's cursor. Omit for the first page.

expandstring

Extra fields to resolve, comma-separated in one value (expand=public_identifier). Present on every result as a value or null; repeating the key drops values.

Response

A page of matching admin conversations: free-text search (query) OR one topic/unread filter, exactly one per call. filter_effective is present and true only in topic/unread filter mode. A no-match search returns an empty list. Participant names and last_message.text pass through verbatim and are never stored.

Response type discriminator.

cursorstring nullable required

Opaque cursor for the next page, or null at end-of-list.

filter_effectivetrue

Present and true only in topic/unread filter mode; the signal that the filter was applied upstream. Absent in free-text mode.
