Create Self Checkout

Checkout for the signed-in Crowe ID user (the crowe-logic upgrade rail).

The session and its subscription carry crowe_email metadata; the webhook write-through stamps crowe_tier on the Keycloak user when payment lands, and the next token refresh unlocks the plan.
