Get an X post
Resolve one X post into its text, author and public metrics. Unlike search this is not limited to the last 7 days, which is what makes it the way to read the parent of a thread before replying to it. Pass a post URL to /socials/twitter/tweets/lookup instead.

Numeric X post id.
Query parameters
account_idstring
Connected X account to act as (sacct_ prefix id). Optional: a platform connects once per account, so the X account is resolved automatically.
