Makes this write safe to retry: a repeat with the same key replays the first response instead of creating a second resource. Scoped to the account, remembered for 24 hours; reusing a key with a different payload is an error.

Instagram only; ignored on every other platform. instagram_login (the default) authorizes the Instagram professional account directly. facebook_login authorizes the Facebook Page linked to that account instead, and every call then runs through the Page. Use it when Instagram's own dialog will not render a consent screen for the account, or when the seller manages Instagram through a Page.
